TERMS  and  CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of "The Golden Path.biz" and its members. "The Golden Path.biz", at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Illegal activity. Members may not present "The Golden Path.biz" promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by "The Golden Path.biz", its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability. "The Golden Path.biz" will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

3. Terms and Conditions. "The Golden Path.biz" reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

4. Membership Fee. Our Daily membership fee is  US$2.00 ,  

5. (a) The membership of the user can be cancelled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason .

 

5. (b) Although we are a Christian Based Organization, we will not discrimate against any Race, Religion, Or Creed and we will respect your beliefs as you should respect ours.
We have the belief that all people of this world have a right to make money and receive blessings.
All members should show respect for each other and not be boastfull with your income claims as some members have very limited funds to work with..

To avoid multiple accounts and money laundering in our organization, we have very strict rules in accordance with international laws.
Having said that , if you have multiple sign-ups from the same IP address , you must send documentaion  I.D. ONLY IF YOU ARE USING THE SAME PROCESSOR.

For Business entity registration, we require a registration I.D. of the Company or tax I.D. of the company...Please understand upfront that providing false information could not only lead to account termination of all accounts, but also criminal actions filed against fraudulent perpetrators !

Being a member of any terrorist organization or money laundering scheme is also considered a major violation and breach of our policies and also would result in immediate account termination !.

 

Due to Legal Counsel,  We  CANNOT   accept applicants

from the following terrorist watchlist countries period. Also please understand we have the right to

seize without refund any member that has signed up that is known to have any activity affiliated

with any terrorist or money laundering activities or any member involved in major criminal activity

that could result in the harm of other people or put people at risk in this organization.  International

compliance investigators may look at accounts at our discretion with or without a warrant. If you

do not agree with this, Do not join our membership, period as you will not only lose your money,

but you  will be reported to the authorities immediately in this country or your host country !!!!

6. There are NO  REFUNDS - of  the $2.00 per Day Subscription Payments.  Immediately on sign up and Payment you are given access to a Advertising Package  and  the many easily downloadable products that we provide our members so refunds cannot be provided.

If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership, the Member needs to send in a Support Ticket requesting cancellation. ADMIN of  "The Golden Path.biz" will Refund the amount you have available on the Date of Cancellation that is showing in your E'Wallet Account.

7. We Accept payment  through   Ezybonds,  Payza  or  Solid Trust Pay.  

8. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of "The Golden Path.biz" with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

9. Membership Cancellation. Membership at "The Golden Path.biz" is voluntary and therefore may be cancelled at any time by the member.  "The Golden Path.biz" will only cancel/terminate a membership if it’s deemed that the member is operating in conflict with "The Golden Path.biz" terms and conditions.

10. Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with "The Golden Path.biz". Any positions held in participating Programs owned by "The Golden Path.biz" will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to "The Golden Path.biz".

11. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of "The Golden Path.biz".

12. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws .

13. Private Information. "The Golden Path.biz" will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

14. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within "The Golden Path.biz" are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. "The Golden Path.biz" provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

15. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to "The Golden Path.biz" and or its members will be terminated from "The Golden Path.biz". Depending on seriousness, "The Golden Path.biz" may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

16. UCE/UBE or SPAM. "The Golden Path.biz" strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of "The Golden Path.biz" and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships cancelled.

17. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area.. "The Golden Path.biz" will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

18. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from "The Golden Path.biz" or any program promoted via the "The Golden Path.biz" program.

19. "The Golden Path.biz - Admin can make any changes to the compensation plan  to benefit the membership as needed for the good of the entire community !
